Listen, if any of the diet pills for sale actually worked, you would't need to ask because it would be the only one for sale. People would hock their mothers to get it, and mothers would hock their kids. Seriously, they all contain about the same kinds of things and they work as well as they can and you expect them too. Drugs can supress an appetite to some extent, but most people don't eat in response to their hunger anyway- which is why they don't work too well. You would do better to eat something filling but low calorie, like lettuce, or that takes a while to digest- like oatmeal or other whole grain product, and overall just consider what goes past your lips. It itsn't what pill you take, it's the food you eat and the exercise you do to burn it all off that causes weight loss. The pills may try to convince you otherwise, but it's hype to get your money. They can't afford to work too well, or they would all go out of business.
