There is NO magic pill! There is no magical way to lose weight, only by hard work can you achieve your desired weight.
There are so many bad things that can happen with the diet pill. You could get addicted, there is always a chance of that, don't pretend like there isn't. Also, diet pills can REALLY HARM YOUR BODY! You might take it once, think "oh, I am fiiiine" but then 10 years later, what happens? You get diagnosed with a disease that you could have prevented if you hadn't taken the pill.
Please please, if you want to keep your body safe, then don't take any diet pills, stick with eating healthy and exercising!
Its always hard to say if a diet pill will work. They all have different mixtures and supplements. You need to try a few and see which one you like the best. I personally wouldn't waste my money on NV, because I prefer to take products with ephedra. If you are interested here's the site I get mine from.
