The 37.5 is the best one. It's called Adipex or phentermine. It will take your appetite. You might have a headache the first day or two but it goes away after that. Gives you lots of energy! you'll like it. I lost a lot of weight on it and have kept it off for 3 years now.Hope this helps you.
