Best diet pill.?
Question:
Answer:
Diet pills do not work. Think about it, if there was a diet pill out there that really worked, we'd hear about it. And there would be 2 million out there on the market!
It's best to stick to a clean diet and exercise. Trust me, even if you find a pill that takes pounds off fast, they WILL come back. Slow and steady weight loss the proper way is the only way to keep pounds off (and maintaining those changes).
I know it's tough to hear, but you will never find a pill that will work unless you go to the doctor and get a prescription. Your better off spending your money on some good running shoes.
However, if you want the best appetite suppressant there is, it's water. Lots of water. Drink a glass before eating, while eating and after eating and you'll be amazed how quickly your appetite diminishes.
Hoodia!
There is no magical pill...I wish there was. The best way to lose weight is diet and exercise...doesn't that suck?
Why don't you change your diet as far as what you eat instead of going the lazy route and taking a pill that probably doesn't work and could be hazardous to your health, especially with low blood sugar.
I've never found one that works.
Pills? Those are ol' school. If you want to loose weight fast, then take my approach.
5+ Alcoholic beverages a day
1 meal a day
5+ cigarettes a day
100 oz water a day
8+ hours sleep a day
diet pills can be very dangerous, and for someone who has low blood sugar, they could make you pass out.
as tempting as they seem, unfortunately diet pills are not a safe or effective way of losing weight, nor keeping off weight once it is lost.
really the only things you can do to be safe and successful in weight loss are to change your diet to consist of fewer fats, sugars, and calories, and to exercise more.
Those are a waste of $$. They are mostly caffeine and can be dangerous. Drink water instead of sodas. If you don't want to exercise, try yoga or walking (fast and/or long distance).
