Where is my question which I posted a couple days ago on diet pills?
Question:
Answer:
Diet pills only work in the short-term. IF you lose weight from a metabolism-boosting pill, you will start to gain weight as soon as you stop taking them. If you continue to take them, like any drug you have to take more and more over time to get the same effect. At some point, it will catch up to you and you will be taking pills but still not losing weight.
Your body will get used to the metabolism supplement and will re-set its metabolism. When you stop, your metabolism will be super-low and it is possible that you'll have even MORE trouble losing weight in the future.

There's one answer so far
Diet pills are a last resort. They can affect your body in so many bad ways.

I've never taken any, but the obvious answer is no. Try dieting by regular excercises and healthy food is the best way to go. I'd try to stay away from any unnecessary pills as much as possible.

NO DIET PILLS ARE DANGEROUS , DO YOU WANT A LIFE THREATENING HEART RATES? DO YOU WANT HEART ATTACK ? DO YOU WANT A STROKE ? DO YOU WANT LIVE ?
Diet pills? You idiot! Throw them in the bin. If you want to lose weight safely, diet and exercise.
Please don't resort to pills, even if they do work it will only be in the short term. Eat healthily and take excercise, you won't get fat if your'e not and you'll lose weight if you are. When will people learn? Merry Christmas and enjoy your christmas meal wthout guilt!
