If you want to waste your money go ahead. If you want to see results have a healthy diet and exercise plan expending more calories then you take in. The pills always say take in conjunction with a diet and exercise plan so what do you think really makes the weight come off? My advice is don't do it.

If you follow the instructions it's likely to be safe. But why not follow the instructions on a good fitness regimine or rig yourself up one instead? That's usually cheaper and better. You'll get the hot amazon booty too and that's alwayse a plus.
There is no diet-in-a-pill. All diet pills consist of are stimulants and appetite suppressants. So what's working there? Nothing. Your body is tricked into thinking it's not hungry when it is so once they wear off you binge, and you're so pumped full of stimulants you throw off your natural body chemistry and end up jittery/tired/irritable.
Sounds like all you need is some core muscle strengthening and you'll be fine. Sit-ups, crunches, belly-dancing, whatever means will work.
