Does taking diet pills make you less fertile?

Question: ive been taking diet pills called lipo 6, and have had unprotected sex. my husband and i have recently thought of having a baby, but i want to continue taking the pills untill i find out for sure that i am pregnant. im not asking if this is a type of birth control, i just want to know if taking diet pills makes me less fertile?

no just less healthy. The only good way to lose weight is exercise
