Try the best kept diet secret ever: water!
Drink 1/2 your body weight in water converted into ounces:
50 oz of water for every 100 lbs.
Also, avoid any drink that has carbonation, sugar, or caffeine.

Exercise for about 30 minutes every other day, and 15 minutes on the alternative days.

well it depends on the pill. Most of them are manufactored without the approval of the FDA and Food Adminstration and when they write the bottom results may vary. Its usually a scam just to take away ur money but in my opinion they just scammin people and lies. The best thing to lose weight is to play what you like to do best like walkin, running, sports but dont do it by urself it would be borin do it with a family or friend. Oh yea dont eat food out of the box they get u fat quick go make some homemade food because they dont have preservatives and its good for you and maintain a healthy lifestyle
Not only do I not think that they are unsafe, but many times when i was younger (I'm only 19 now...but when i was like 13ish) . i tried many different diet pills, and none of them really worked.
They say that along with the diet pill you need to exercise and eat healthy. I think that by just exercising and eating healthy, you'll lose the weight you need to loose.
If you're looking for something to curb your appitite try water. It may sound crazy but it works for me. I eat 3 meals a day and one snack, and i've been losing weight (Slowly, but thats the healthy way to do it...if i exercised a bit more i'm sure it would go a lot faster)... I drink a nice cold glass of water when i feel like snacking... sometimes the water gets boring so i add a little lemmon or an orance slice and it flavors it slightly...
Not only does it curb your appitite but it makes you feel like your doing something good for your body (because you are).
