Question:
I am 5'4'', 122 lbs. I want to lose 6-10 lbs. by February and I'm considering diet pills. I work out regularly (cardio and weight training), and eat pretty decently, but there is just this problem area from my lower abdomen to my thighs that I just can't seem to burn off. Has anyone had any experience with a safe, but effective diet pill? I'm not looking to lose a whole lot of weight (I'm actually not even concerned with the number on the scale, but the way my clothes fit), but I just need a little extra fat burning. Please share your experiences with diet pills.
