Help i need to lose weight, what is a safe diet pill i can use while working out and eating right??

Take my advice, do not use medication -instead plan your diet and exercise.
Anything that is unnatural for the body or mind is bound to have side effects, the only thing is that it will not effect the one who is selling it or endorsing it. But the effected party may never get to meet the manufacturer.
Do not take any pills to lose weight. It will only bring on another problem ,,,Addiction. Walk 2-3 miles at least 3-4 times out of week and you will see huge difference. Also, try grapefruit juice..
Sleep well. go to bed earlier and up earlier. Exercise in the morning when you wake up, not in the evening before bed. 7 hours of GOOD sleep is a must.
Occupy yourself with a hobby that keeps your attention for a long period of time. A hobby like this keeps your mind focused and gives less of a chance for snacking from boredom.Keep working out, drink water a lot, eat 5 to 6 meals a day but in small quantities, vegtables are important specially cucumber and lattice, fruits not be eaten after meals except by 2 to 3 hours, minimize the starch quantities in your meals lots of salad is important, your last meal must be before you sleep by 2 to 3 hours
the most important thing is you don't lose patient wait and have a strong will to be as what you want.
also with all these aside try drinking green tea... it helps inner system work faster... good luck!

instead of a diet pill - take a piece of fruit

Firstly you should lower your unrealistic (AND UNHEALTHY)expectation to lose 30lbs by June 20th.
Diet pills like hydroxycut work but start off with only half of the reccomended dosage. AND try not to take them past 3pm...
if you're working out properly, and really eating well, you will lose the weight & don't need pills... just stick to it & be really strict with yourself.
its always a slow process in the beginning (which sucks, because this is where most people get despondent & give up), but once you start to lose it, the speed of the weight-loss will accelerate! its also much better for you to lose it at a natural pace & not too quickly! you've got plenty of time between now & the middle of june!!
