Question:
Answer:
How tall are you, and how much do you weigh?
there's this new weight loss technique, it's call EXERCISE, get off your fat ***
30 ok, well just eat less and drink more water,
Limit your calorie and fat intake, drink lots of water, don't eat candy and cookies and cake, and exercise. That's the only foolproof method I know.
Water and protein diet.
You may want to look in the "Diet Programs" section of www.Lagerstone.com - great website to add to your favorites too - good luck in your quest
Calorie counting plenty of water and a walk in the morning and evening. Or get a treadmill.
what ever u put on ur plate divide it in half and only eat 1 half of it, thats what works for me
ever heard of the diet where you only eat, steak, chicken, and eggs, get diet you lose a lot
Drink lots and lots and lots of water. Also, most people eat 1 or 2 big meals a day and that's it. The problem is, that slows your metabolism down. If you can, eat 6 small meals a day and up your activity level.
It's not WHAT you eat...it's HOW MUCH you eat. You can only eat chocolate and ice cream and still loose weight if you don't eat too much.
increase your water intake...and add a fresh squeezed lemon to the water...drink about 64 oz per day...if you are not accustomed to drinking water in the beginning you will go to the restroom a lot but in the end you will see some weight lose.
ok firstoff for the girl above my answer it is spelt FULLPROOF not FOOLPROOF! and you don't need to totally stop eating sweets just limit youself, and like above excersise!
walk every day two hours,in fast steps
I agree that most diet pills are at best a waste of money.
Try eating more whole grains, and not eating fried food: I put on a lot of weight when I fried a lot of stuff, and it came right back off when I stopped.
Steam your vegetables rather than boil them: You retain the flavor and nutrition better, and don't add extra fat.
Try to cut out refined sugars- or at least, cut down on them.
And exercise. Walking is a good one, and you don't need any special equipment for it.
Good luck!
Limit your liquids to mostly water, maybe add some juice occasionally.
If you're not in a hurry to lose it, I'll just tell you what you probably already know. Cut back on your calorie intake and exercise.
If you need to lose it quick, try the cabbage soup diet. My mother-in-law lost about 20-30 lbs on it (10 lbs in the first week). If you're interested, you can google it.
Eating healthy is definitely a good first step, but it's generally not enough.
One thing you need to do is make sure you are not overeating. Try to determine approximately how many calories you eat a day, and try to adjust your eating habits so that you're eating a little bit less than the amount of calories you use (but not a lot less, because that is unhealthy).
To determine how many calories you should eat, try visiting http://www.mypyramid.gov, which is the website for the new food pyramid. When you input your age and activity level, it will tell you approximately how many calories to eat. You can also calculate a more customized number of calories to eat based on how many calories you use each day. This is a bit complicated, but it gives a pretty accurate range (which is actually often very similar to what mypyramid.gov tells you). Here's what to do:
1) You use a certain amount of energy just for basic metabolism and involuntary energy needs. To calculate this, find your weight in kilograms (which is equal to your weight in pounds divided by 2.2), and multiply this by 0.9 (calories per kg per hour), and multiply that result by 24 (for 24 hours in a day). This is how about much energy you need for your basal metabolic rate (BMR) in one day.
2) You also use a different amount of energy for physical activity. Ranges of energy use are given for different activity levels, and once you determine your activity level, multiply the result from #1 by the two percentages. Here are the percentages for different activity levels for women:
Sedentary: 25%-35%
Light: 40-60%
Moderate: 50-70%
Heavy: 80-110%
Exceptional: 110-130%
Once you have determined your energy level and found how many calories you will need for each percentage, add these values to the value from #1. This will give you a range of approximately how many calories you use each day. To lose weight, you may want to eat a little less than this amount.
Exercise is also crucial. For one thing, exercising more allows you to eat more without gaining weight. Also, your BMR increases when you have more lean tissue, so if you do muscle-building exercises, you will use more energy even when you are not exercising, and you can either eat a little more without gaining weight, or keep your calorie intake where it is and lose weight.
Just remember, it is not safe to lose a lot of weight at once, so don't be discouraged if the weight loss process is going slowly-- that's how it's supposed to be.
Good luck!
The problem with eating healthier is nutritional value in most food these days is a lot less. Due to the way it is been grown and the pesticides that are used.
The products I sell and use taste great(shakes) I lost 22pounds, feel great everyday and have energy to burn. Another person was 315pounds and lost 70 pounds in 6 months.
Everything has a 30 day money back guarantee.
Best of all you can still eat the foods you love, just in moderation
I have had great results with an all natural product called Isagenix.
