Yes, I know diet pills aren't really that good for you in the first place.and I should just stop eating and start exercising..but aside of that....I can feel a cold coming on (damn it), and I just got these diet pills.can the diet pills make a beginning cold worse or not have any affect on it at all? Please no assumptions, if you really know, please share. Thank you.

You can take diet pills whether or not you have a cold. It doesn't matter.
Definately not a good idea. Your immune system will be more compromised. If you really feel you have to try them, at least wait till the cold is over.
