Sorry - short of losing a limb, it's not going to happen. Diet pills - and diets in general - don't work. Try cutting back on sugars and fats and taking a walk every day, or start running. It's not as hard as it looks - I lost 30 lbs that way a few years ago. But it took 4 months, not 4 weeks.
