eat smaller portiona and go to the gym. Workign out is the best way because you get a lot of energy as well

well depends on how much weight you want to lose and what is fairly quickly to you. i ate soup everyday for about a month and half for lunch (out of sheer laziness and not wanting to spend money for lunch) and went from a size 8 to a 4. . i feel like a commercail..lol
For two weeks no carbs, eat meat Chicken, beef , no pork
After two weeks, start exercising, by ring a bike, walking, going to the gym, just have no more than 22gms of carbs a day. just do something to be active if not you'll be flabby
