I took it and diet pills dont really work to well anymore since the Ephedra was banned. I have tried Fahrenheit but it didnt do anything for me. I like something to boost me up and suppress my appitite, I just havent found anything to do that anymore. Sorry. The Atkins diet works if you do it right. My sister has lost 100 lbs. Just dont cut out the carbs completly! Thats when you have problems!
