Sorry but they don't exist.. Lots of magic remedies but they do not work unfortunately. Lots of false claims and promised results especially on Internet but seek proper medical advice its free far more likely to work.
NOOO!

Diet pills do one or more of the following:

Speed. They make you hyper. Hoodia generally falls into this category, as does Ephedra.

Laxitive. Many simply make you poop sooner.

Appetite Suppressant. All of those milkshakes are basically in this category.

Sadly, when you stop taking these pills, the weight all comes back, usually with a few more pounds. The problem is that you've not make the LIFESTYLE changes that would allow you to keep the weight off. Your diet hasn't changed, and you're not exercising more, so after the pills stop your body goes back to the status quo.

You need to change your LIFESTYLE (see a trend here?) so that your body finds a new food / exercise equilibrium. You need to learn to eat different (not starving, not binging, no fad diets), and you need to find an exercise that you like enough to do every day. Weight Watchers is great for the new diet, and your local YMCA (or exercise club) can help you with the latter.

Repeat -- I can "reccomend" absolutely NO pills.
Nope, there aren't any sorry. Don't believe all the hype about them. All are guar gum based, just swells your stomache and makes you ill. Eat fruit and excercise :)
The best diet pill is called “MODERATION” and it should be taken with exercise
To be honest most diet pills are not healthy. It may work some some people, and it do not work for other people; at the same time it messes with something else in your body. I have been doing alot of researching on the web about dieting. I can give you natural food that will help flush fat way. Also there is a website that speaks about virgin coconut oil. This oil works with diabeties, weight issues, and other health issues. Maybe you would like to look into it and see for yourself. www.coconutoil.com. The herbs that is called "cat claws" helps clean your system naturally; im not sure if you know that helps you get rid of waste, and dieting. Many other natural things. But to be more honest, I understand that sometime our finances are tight, and to have to buy something continously can become too costly, but for health it is worth it. Organic and natural things is the best way to go about it. I hope this info helps you. Here are some food that flushes fat away: asparagus, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, leafy greens, green beans and legumes, mushrooms, sprouts, and thin-skinned squash you want, plus a little fruit (apples, berries, cherries, citrus fruits, peaches, and plums). Eat omega-3-enriched eggs every day, along with fish, seafood, organic or grass-fed animal proteins, tempeh/tofu, and whey powder (lactose-free and high-protein), then drizzle flaxseed oil over your food. Also drink plenty of water and unsweetened cranberry juice. and some of herbs and spices, which are powerful diet aids that accelerate metabolism (cayenne, dried mustard, ginger), improve glucose and insulin levels (bay leaves, cloves, coriander), and flush excess water from your system (cilantro, fennel, parsley).
So Sorry there are no quick fix pills. What you need to do is eat right, exercise and drink lots of water. Try walking for 45 mins to 1hr every day. It really works. I am proof I used to be big. Looking for that miracle pill. There is none. I had to get control of my life. Please don't think when you start walking you gonna see results fast. It will take time before it starts showing. I notice it first on my face than on my legs&stomach. I used to wear size 22. Now I am a size 14. I still have more to lose but I never felt happier and healthy. It takes lots and work and determination. You will make it. Good Luck
cardio+weight training+healthy eating=weight loss. firstly, you need to exercise no matter what. your body was designed to be active and to benefit from physical activity. you should be starting with 30 minutes of cardio a day for a month. the second month, complete your 30 minutes of cardio and add 15 minutes of weight training. month three, complete 45 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of weight training a day and so on. invest in a pedometer to help you keep track of how many steps a day you are walking. you should aim for a goal of at least 10,000. for me, i average 15,000 steps a day. find activities that are fun for you to do. park further away from the door when you are shopping; take the stairs instead of the elevator/escalator. activity can be found everywhere. secondly, you should try to eat 3 moderate meals and 3 snacks a day to keep yourself from getting hungry and to keep your blood sugar stable and energy levels up. males generally need between 1800-2300 calories a day to lose weight and 2300-2800 to maintain depending on activity levels. females need between 1400-1800 to lose weight and 1900-2300 to maintain weight. make sure to eat a lot of whole wheat, whole grain, high fiber pastas, cereals, crackers, popcorn, tortillas, Kashi TLC bars and probiotic bars found in health food stores, consume brightly colored fruits, vegies, and berries,(red, orange, yellow, green, blue/purple) and try to eat only lean cuts of meat no bigger than a deck of cards. use olive oil to help with your good cholesterol, and eat other sources of protein such as nuts, peanut butter, beans, soy products, etc. make sure to drink plenty of water, green teas, red teas, and pure fruit juices, soy milk or non fat milks. limit soda consumption to no more than 2 regular diet sodas a day. if you eat right and stay on track changing your lifestyle, you could possible lose 8 or 9 pounds a month. good luck.

I don't believe those things do anything, to be honest. I think the best thing you'll have to do to lose weight is cut out the chocolate, crisps, chips (unfortunately most of the things we all crave) and do lots of exercise. I know it's a pain but the elbow grease is more effective than wasting your money on pills which will do nothing.
Just eat less, really not difficult.
Most certainly, all vegetables and most fruits. cheap and they really work.
Yes...the best diet pills are...

fruits
vegetables
lean meats
2 hours of cardio a day
and 40 min. of strength training a day
Don’t use diet pills really don’t like them you don’t know what ‘s in them, just eat sensibly you know what’s good and what’s not.
