Xenadrin used to contain ephedra, but no longer does. if you go to canada, you can still buy diet pills that contain ephedra since its legal there, and is proven to contribute to weight lost (i can attest to that) but must be taken according to directions, never abused, and there needs to a be a stop period when taking such medication. also you need to check your doctor about such things, if you are serious enough to actually try and take diet pills.

I have heard that some diet pills work..such as cortaison..but there is no proof. I suggest those things on TV where they send you food in the mail. It's easy...it tastes good...It works (a friend of my girlfiriend tried it)
Well, guess I want comment then, since your not aware that no diet pill will work without staying on the diet , and exercising along with taking the diet pills. Are you that lazy. A diet pill cannot work if you want to continue to over eat, all the wrong foods and lay around all day watching TV. All your doing is taking the pill , which will increase your heart rate, wearing your heart out faster. All diet pills are dangerous, is why you do exactly what the doctor says. Exercise and diet along with the pill is how to drop pounds.
