The only ones that actually work are available by prescription only. You'll have to see your doctor to get them.
I don't know anything about any specific ones, but I do remember hearing once (from a doctor) that any time there's more than one "solution," nothing really works all that well or for everyone. Ie. if there was a miracle diet that worked for everyone, it would be the only diet out there.
