What is a huge weight loss diet, (food, diet pills) etc...?
Question:
Answer:
There's no easy way out; permanent weight loss must entail a lifestyle change. Diets are for life, not just for a quick fix. Start by drinking a whole lot of water to fill the space that you would normally fill up with food. Add moderate exercise and avoid eating huge meals all in one sitting. Avoid fast food and lower your meat and fat/sugar intake. If you are one who mindlessly drinks sodas at work or school, replace them with water instead. Many people can lose a lot of weight just by cutting out soft drinks--you'd be surprised how many calories those add up to. (I don't recommend diet sodas or artificial sweeteners; they encourage you to keep up bad habits). Some people start off a diet with a juice fast, but if you are looking to lose a lot of weight, you don't want to starve yourself--it lowers your metabolism and makes weight loss much harder. Raise your metabolism with activity instead!
Also, I don't believe in paying for prepared "diet meals." They won't be around when you're not on the diet anymore and that in itself encourages one to fall back into bad eating patterns.
diet pills don't work. if they did, you would know all about it and wouldn't have to ask!
honestly, the other thing that works is taking in less than you're burning.
diet pills only work for a short time...you have to excersise, sorry!
The one and only thing that ALWAYS works: eat less, exercise more. There isn't a pill that will magically melt away pounds!! Just make sure when you are eating you take a few seconds between bites and ask yourself, "am I really still hungry?" If you aren't stop eating!! Listen to your body and YOU WILL LOSE THE WEIGHT

You are right - there are plenty of diet pills. Finding one that works is the hard part. I will tell you what I tell everyone who asks this question. A diet pill alone will not guarantee any results. Diet pills are supposed to be used to supplement an already healthy lifestyle which includes exercise and healthy nutrition.
Be aware that diet pills contain ingredients that increase the heart rate. You can read more about diet pills here-
