The best way to lose weight s 2 exercise every day , a good combination of cardio and less food with give u more energy and slow burn those extra pounds . if you cannot hit the gym , go to a club with friends and dance all nite long ( no drinking !drinks also have calories ) if you cant go to a club just do some exercise at home any little thing u do count as an exercise !! how about cleanning your room with some loud music ! and remember you dont need to look like a tooh pick :) good luck xoxoxoxo hot k
