What is a good simple diet I can go on to lose weight fast? And not to expensive diet pills?
Question:
Answer:
None of them work. They may temporarily help you lose weight but when you are off of them, or your body builds up tolerance to them, then you gain it back.
Losing weight is not losing weight if you gain it back.
That’s what diet pills do, why do you think there is a new popular one every few months.
Now if you wonder if there are any good supplements and my answer is yes.
There are some supplements that you can take that can enhance a very healthy diet and fitness program and help you to stay committed to it.
7 Keto is an awesome metabolic enhancing compound that helps to reduce body weight and body fat by giving you more of a hormone that tells your thyroid to increase your metabolism. You may say wow, that’s what I need. No, the 7-Keto is all you need, not the other stuff. Yes but no, see the body can only take so much of it at a time before its eliminated by the blood and the rest becomes expensive urine. So you cant just take it alone, it must be part of a plan.
Hoodia by itself, not combined with other compounds, appears to affect the brain by making the stomach feel full and reducing the desire to eat.
Offers safe, caffeine-free, non-stimulant weight management support when used alone. It also may help in metabolizing fats.
Multivitamins - help you maintain the muscle that you have by providing nutrients your cells need. Understand if you don’t put enough nutrients in your body, you will lose muscle because your body will eat the muscle for those nutrients.
These supplements should be part of an overall lifestyle change, to a healthier one.
I will try only vegetable without any fry food and meat product, it helps me maintain my weight.
Drink a lot of green tea. Don't take sugar. Don't eat too much bread, cereals. Just eat apples, oranges. Take warm water.
Quit being an idiot and focus on eating fruits and vegetables, a little meat, drinking water instead of soft drinks. There is no magic pill and you are only setting yourself up for a lifetime of YoYo Dieting.

20 pounds is hardly worth getting THAT upset over or jeopardizing your health.
i lost like 75 pounds on this diet. For like 6 months I complety stayed away from anything white, all breads, sugar and other sweet stuff. I ate lots of nonfat yogurt, plain tuna, turkey, and chicken. Only drink water and green tea because even orange juice has lots of sugars. Stay away from pineapple for that same reason. And I ran a lot. At first it was like 1 mile a day and then I was up to like 5 miles a day. Its really hard at first but once you see the pounds melting it really pushes you to keep going. And also no alcolholic beverages.
Hun, I am on my way to losing 60 pounds and I have already lost 20 in my first month and a half! I want to look good for when my husband comes home from Iraq in April and even lose a lot before a trip to Dallas in Feb. I don't spend any more money on this plan than I did on my grocery bills. I take my vitamins and supplement pills, eat a slice of choc pie for breakfast and then a fruit smoothie for lunch and have whatever I want for dinner...and I hate exercise so its not for me! I love how I feel and for the first time I found a diet that works!
