They don't work,,,tried em all, the only thing that can do it is eating less, less calories...all the diets are fads too...take in less calories than you use and you lose weght, tried and true...good lluck.
if you want to lose weight fast drink monster energy drinks. the blue ones. i know its not healthy but i started drinking them about 2 or 3 months ago and lost about 15lbs in the first month. good luck!
There used to be something called an ECA stack, which is now no longer distributed, that a lot of bodybuilders used to use. I will however tell you that unless you plan to stay on a dieting drug forever, which is not advisable, then you're going to eventually put weight back on when you come off the drug. It helps to know this information prior to using such a drug. Also that no drug is going to help you if you don't have a decent diet and workout schedule.

If you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off for good (as opposed to fad diets and diet pills), just focus on eating your favorite foods in moderation along with a lot of veggies/fruits and lean proteins. No diet pill will make you lose fat. It's what you eat that will lose fat. See the diet pill industry is like a quick money chem. They'll get pictures of a guy fat then slim. See all you have to do is eat about 5 times a day. Yeah it sounds this will only make you gain weight but it'll burn fat. Your metabolism will increase and burn more fat then a diet pill. But don't just eat anything you want eat food that you know is healthy. This might sound as a bad message but it's the truth. In about 6 weeks you'll lose up to 10 ibs. it all depends on how active you are too.
