Exercise and eating healthy. Sorry, don't really think there is a pill out there that does it for you. Some people will claim that this pill worked for them or that one was the best, but when you think about it, they were motivated and lost the weight by consciously not eating as much and working out more.
One thing that always works for me, I pull out that dress that doesn't fit anymore and I hang in on the wall in my bedroom. Every now and then I take it down and try it on. Once I can get it zipped up, I am happy.
The most effective method of weight loss is smaller portions and exercise. This doesn't mean changing what you eat it means REDUCING what you eat and exercise can be as simple as a 30 minute walk twice a week. No diet pill is effective unless you make these small changes. I started taking those Hoodia Gordonni Diet pills. It has been on the news and also on Oprah. Well, Its been about 3 weeks and I have lost 10 pounds. It seems to really be helping me curb my appetite. I find I don't go back for seconds any more like I use to. I leave food on my plate instead of licking it clean. Its worth Trying.
