Ive never tried this one, but i did take meridia and lost over 40 pounds, If you want a good diet pill DEFINATELY try Meridia. I know that doesnt answer your question, but I thought you might be interested!

Meridia is prescription, however, you can order it online. Its kinda expensive, But I didnt care, It was worth it! I went from size 16 to a 9 in no time! AND i have kept it off for over a year.
