Ok I asked a similar question and only got one answer that pertained to my question. Why when you ask this question people lecture you?? They all think they are medical professionsals. I tried TrimSpa and I lost 12 lbs in 2 weeks. I also tried metabolife and I like that one too, I did get very jumpy though but I lost like 5 lbs in a week with that one. I have managed to keep the weight off. Just make sure you use the pills in conjunction with a healthy diet and exersize.
Ive tried several of these nothing works, except your 39.99 poor and also sometimes your heart races.. The only thing that really works is to eat less and workout more. with light to mid size weights. Have you tried fight your female fat zones tapes or walk away the pounds tapes?
dont do it... messes with your metabolism the best way it the old fashioned way.. eat healthy and get exercise.. while initally you may lose wieght you may lose muscle mass too.. and decrease your metabolism in the long haul.. there by making your deisre to los weight harder.
