Diet pills...?

Okay, I know that weight loss depends on exercise and eating right... I do both and right now I am at a plateau and it's really getting to me. Would hoodia pills really help give me a boost in weight loss? If so what type?

you should try slim quick, its for women, and it works fast, I went through so many diet pills and finally one that works without having to exercise as much
Your chances are slim you may not be losing weight right now but your body will get used to it.
They're a rip off! Good old exercise and veg! Please don't resort to those, they are now good! They build hopes up and let you down!! Believe me!!

No, a good way to get off the plateau is to shake it up a little , increase or lower the amount you exercise and on some days eat less calories and one day eat more, IF you do the same thing day after day your body finds a set point and likes to stay there. so if you normally exercise 30 minutes a day try one day doing 40 another 20. the totally for the week will be the same. same with food just don't eat to few calories to be unhealthy
