Can somebody tell me how to lose weight fast without restricting diets andfat pills?

Excersise. run off what you eat or join a sport like volleyball. :)

i heard about this reversed diet thing.. like eat a dinner meal for breakfast and breakfast for dinner. the women who discovered the idea lost 42 lbs in 40 days so it doesnt sound like a bad idea
Thats easy a lot of exercise. But its easier if u also eat healthier.
aerobic exercise. oh and stop eating the junk food.
You can't lose weight fast and stay healthy. Any method you use that will take off a lot of weight in a short period of time will not do anything about the reason that you are overweight. It's a spot cure and you will gain the weight back - often times very quickly.

You have to make this a life decision and determine that you are going to eat healthy and exercise regularly for the rest of your life. This is for your benefit.

Losing weight fast is an unrealistic goal, because your body has to adapt to the change. That takes time and work.
Pills simply do not work in any healthy way, if they work at all. Glorified 'speed' may seem to work for a while, but your body will generally go back to its previous status once you stop taking them and they are often harmful.
The only lasting answer is to eat better and exercise more, PERIOD. There's no quick fix. A BALANCED diet including more veggies and grains and less fatty food is all that really works and stays with you. Don't go all-vegetarian or all-beef; just go for fiber, a good dose of vegetables and lean protein.
Swimming and cycling are two great ways to go about it, as they are low-impact on your joints, yet still good calorie burners. Make a habit of, say, riding a bike for 1.5-2 hours a day, eating a smaller meal before you go to bed and your chances of seeing slow but steady results are pretty good.
Remember, a loss of 15-20 pounds can = a drop in a size or two of your pants! If you are serious enough, you'll get a return over time, but don't discourage yourself and aggravate your body's natural behavior by expecting a wild diet or pills to magically fix it. Just do that hour+ a day in something like a recumbent exercise bike while you listen to music, stop eating french fries 6 times week and you have a good chance of looking down one day and seeing your feet more easily:P.
