What Diet Pill Realy Works?
Question:
Answer:
none of the diet pills work at all. The claim they have contain "HOODIA" which controls your appetite to eat less but it doesn;t prove that work. The only ways is to exercise more and eat healthy.
Just excercise and stay active.
none of em
none.
None of them do if you don't control your diet and exercise a little bit. Unfortunately, there is no simple solution.
the placebo
None, there isn't a magic bullet to lose weight. Diet and exercise are the key. I would suggest something tried and true like Weight Watchers where they teach you lifestyle habits.
Hot-Rox is pretty good
Hydroxycut is also a good choice
pushin ya fat *** away from the table and gettin some exercise.
They got it at target, its on sale
NONE WAT YOU NEED TO DO IS TO BE ON A SCHEDUALE AND EAT HEALTHY
I have a friend that works septic tanks ,he told me one time # one thing he finds are solid diet pills .They don't dissolve at all .
There's your answer.
Its like flushing money down the toilet.
none. they all say they work with exercise and healthy diet but thats whats making you loose the weight.
I've tried diet pills before and they always make me feel jumpy and sick and just weird. I use Hoodia now; it actually works! It makes it so you aren't hungry, therefore you eat less. Plus, there are no stimulants in it!
Phentermine...It's working for me.I've lost 25 pounds in 3 months. That just helps control your apetite while you are trying to eat less and healthier.
Normally I would say none of them, but I take Mega-T with Hoodia and although it hasn't made me lose weight, it definitely helps to curb my appetite just a bit and give me a little boost to help me get more active. Plus the green tea is very healthy for you.
no pills are the solutions for losing weight... start exercising and eating right...
I used Stackers the summer before tenth grade and I went from weighing 180 to weighing around 145. After you stop taing them you have to keep it up yourself, and if you have heart problems I wouldn't suggest them. The only bad thing about them is they make you fidgit. Make sure to take them early in the day.
Absolutely none of them!
Weight loss is achieved by a healthy dietry intake combined with exercise. The latter being in higher concentration than the instake, until the optimum you has been achived .
Pills are for Dills and the only thing they really do is make the pharmaceutical companies rich!
Shelti
I have tried all, the only one that actually worked was Xenadrine with ephedra ,but I don't think they sell it anymore..Also if you can find a way to get some prescribed by a Doctor those are awsome.
NONE!!!
Exercise and eat right...weight will come off...
Sadly, None! If you notice on every TV ad for each pill always has a "Results not typical". Most of those people who actually do lose weight do so by taking the pill and making a lifestyle change. Basically they are on an extensive excersise program and a strict food diet.
There is just no magic pill.
There is really not just 1 diet pill that works the way they are advertised. They all require diet and exercise. You should also take a combination different pills to supplement each other and have better effect. That is what I do.
Here is what my regimen consist of for one day:
NANOX9 - 5 pills Twice a day.
Amino Acids 1800 - 6 pills daily.
Hydroxycut Caffeine Free - 2 pills 3 times daily
Acetyl-Carnitine with Alpha Lipoic Acid - 2 pills 3 times daily
C.L.A. - 2 pills 3 times daily
Crekic - 3 pills Twice daily
Multi-vitamin - 2 daily
On workout days, these are added:
Gakic - 8 pills prior to workout
17HD - 1 pill prior to workout.
It's a $hi+Ioad of pills, but with diet and exercise they work tremendously.
Godspeed
I was watching tv today, and i saw that commercial for Lipozene. Well on the bottom of the screen, in tiny little letters for about 2 seconds, I saw, "users average a weight loss of 3.8 pounds over an 8 week period". or something like that. How ridiculous is that? The only true way to lose weight is diet and exercise.
The one that makes you push your chair away from the dinner table.
I'm not sure about diet pills, but I have heard that the Nutrisystem planned eating program ACTUALLY works. My uncle tried it (for roughly $10 a day, breakfast, lunch, snack(s), and dinner is provided), and the pounds shedded right off.
You have to be careful, however, to ensure that you're still eating healthy once you get off the plan. Otherwise, the weight will just pile right back up. (a.k.a., my uncle)
Good Luck!

Have you tried a cleanse? I tried exercise only for about 4 months and I only dropped 7 lbs. But with cleaning and exercising I lost 22 lbs in a month. I tried a 30 day cleanse. My doctor recommended it to me for my weight loss. With a good cleanse you can lose up to 10 lbs in 9 days or 30 lbs in 30 days. And it's not just water weight. Just cleanse, eat healthy and exercise at least 1 hour 3 times a week. Start moving your body more. Even if it just walking up stairs instead of catching the elevator. I've used this product for almost 4 months and I’ve lost a total of 55lbs and 87 inches. I went from a size 18 to a 10 in 3 1/2 months. If interested you can purchase this product from http://thedetoxlife.com/ Good luck
