Anyone Ever try SLIMQUICK?Or any other diet pill??

I weighed 200 lbs. now i weigh 130lbs. It took me almost a year. I took ever diet pill on the market. The best one is lypo 6. ($45gnc)green tea $7 walmart vitamins and exercise, water and dedication. Don't drink calories or sugar. Cut back to about 1500 calories. Eat healthy.
I have used almost every one on the market. they dont work.
Diet and excercise are your best bet.

Through out all these garbage pills. You'll just get fatter from them.
I would avoid diet pills. I've taken several kinds and several drinks, I wouldn't recommend any. I'm on the Power 90 program right now and I've been losing weight fine. I srink lots of water and eat decent food, and I'm rather picky about food. I'd check it out if I were you. But if you really want a recommendation as far as a "diet pill" is concerned, go talk to your doctor. I'd gone through two miscarriages and couldn't lose any weight, so I was put on Phentermine, an appetite suppresant. There's also Meridia, but I believe it is for worse off cases than one like mine. Phentermine worked fine, but I wasn't able to afford it for a while and when I took it again, the effects were so-so.
Now, my doctor mentions a newer version called Phenterprin that works better, but your doctor will most likely recommend eating right and exercise to lose weight, unless you're a bit overweight like I was when I was prescribed Phentermine. But even then, I followed a good diet and exercised daily. It DOES pay off, you just have to find a program that works for you.
I have tried Xenical - it is about $129.00 AUD for a 1 month supply. You have to be very careful and not eat to much fat in your diet otherwise you will have a major problem (you will have to make many quick dashes to the bathroom). It makes you mindful of what you are eating. I am still a large woman - they did work but in the long run the cost was a killer - if you only have a small amount of weight to loose diet and exercise would probably be more beneficial.good luck.
