I wouldn't use them. Not very good for your body in the long run. If you want to lose weight, do it the old fashioned way. Eat right, exercise and drink plenty of water.
nothing. they are dangerous. and expensive. if you excersize 1 hour a day for 3 months you will drop so much weight. and even nlonger will help too. oh and no more fast food homeade food boxed or scrathc is good but in small amounts maybe seconds but no thirds 3 meals a day maybe one snack. in 3 months you will feel much better. this is what i did and i feel great!
