What is the best way to reduce hunger? Has anyone tried any diet pill that works for this?

Question:

Answer:
Please stay away from dietpills, even if they claim to be 'all-natural'.
All natural does not mean safe, specially if they have 'Ephreda' a herb that can cause serious, even fatal, side effects such as heart attack, stroke, irregular heartbeats, and sudden death. Although the FDA has recommended that consumers not take ma huang, most weightloss supplements are not regulated by the FDA.
My recommendation would be to simply drink a full glass of water before every meal.
To make this easier on you, you might want to purchase a large sports water bottle, and just carry it around with you.
Drinking more water during the day, everyday, will not only give you that feeling of fullness, but it will also help clear your skin, and it will aid your liver in processing fat effectively.
(If you're not used to drinking so much water, at first you will feel the constant urge to urinate.but overtime, this will decrease, please stick to it, it will be of great benefit)
Hope it helps!

p.s. Also try eating healthy snacks when the hunger seems unbearable--like a banana, nuts, raisins, carrots, etc.
Drink lemon and honey - works wonders - till supper time.
I think to reduce hunger, first eat healthy food, till you get full, no i havent tried diet pills, but they may present some negative symptoms
