What is a really good diet pill that...?
Question:
Answer:
It really depends on your eating habits and exercise. If you are a person that doesn't workout then you can lost a huge amount of weight by doing at least 30 minutes of cardio a day 3 times a week & doing a "detox" (colon cleanse) that I purchase at a health food store. By doing a detox much humans lose between 5-10 pounds from built up stuff in your colon. Also, if you don't like to workout you can join a Hot Yoga class in your area and just 1 hour you can burn about 658 calories. Another way is to eat small meals every 3-4 hours. This helps boost your metabolism. Stay away from bad carbs like white breads/straches and eat good ones like sweet potatoes & oatmeal. But to answer your question about the diet pills, it will only temporarly solve your weight issue but once you stop taking them you will begin to put those pounds and sometimes more back on if you don't change your lifestyle. I heard that Hydroxycut regular/ Hardcore are you best bets.
NO PILLS. pills kill. Do it naturally. Watch your food intake, drink water, exercise. That is good to lose 1-2lbs a week.

zantrex3 worked great on me, i lost 24 puounds, feel great, at first you will feel like going 2000 mph then your body will adjust, try at first 1 pill per meal, then take 2.
I am on just a fat burning pill. It is Apex Fat Burn 1. It is designed to flush the fat out of your liver so you can metabolize things better therefore, burn more fat, and burn more calories! There is NO CAFFIENE, and no side effects. I got it from my gym and my trainer says its really really safe. But its no magic pill, it will just boost your ability to lose weight. I've been on it for 2 days now, and havent seen any side effects. She said the only one would be that you urinate a little more than usual since it is designed to flush out some things in your system (liver). Its really good! I recommend it.
Try Isagenix Fat-Burning Cleanse. I lose 55 lbs and 87 inches in 3 months.
