none..they are all a crock of ****...none of them work. the best thing that works is a diet and exercise on a regular basis.
all of them are rip-offs to me. the best way to lose weight is to just exercises and eat right. some pill or patch cant do that.

eat smaller portions. stick to your reccomended calorie allowance. you'll be fine.
neither, if you read the fine print it probably say you must also diet and exercise. Over the counter diet aides usually don5t work. You may lose some water. Prescription diet pills do work. Think about it...wed all be thin if over the counter stuff really worked. Who wants to go to the gym everyday!
