Is there a diet pill for people with high blood presur.?

Question:

Answer:
Actually, you can lose weight AND help your hypertension by following the DASH diet plan and increasing your physical activity (even if it's just walking). I would be careful with over the counter weight loss pill...even though ephedra's been taken off the market, most of these pill still contain some derivative of it and could possibly affect your blood pressure
MAYBE..Xenical. Maybe. But the side effects from this are truly awful:

oily spotting;
oily or fatty stools;
orange or brown colored oil in your stool;
gas with discharge, an oily discharge;
an urgent need to go to the bathroom;
an inability to control bowel movements, or;
an increased number of bowel movements.

Talk to your doctor. You would have to have a prescription. Over the counter "diet" pills do not work.
