you just answered your own question. ever notice those pill commercials put a disclaimer on the bottom of the screen that says you must diet and exercise along with the pills to make them work? what do you think it is that's making you lose the weight then? there are appetite suppressants that make you less hungry. but you still have to eat less and exercise.
