I just heard a diet pill call abgone, I wonder does it really work?
Question:
PS I also drink 8-10 glasses of water each day.
Answer:
None of those pills work. And the prescription diet pills have such hideous side effects that it hardly seems worth it to me. The inability to control your bowels? Hell no. Anal leakage? Are you kidding?
Abgone is just like that garbage "Relacore" that is supposed to reduce your belly fat. Scam. All of them. Impossible to just lose from one part of your body. And no testing is EVER done on these pills. Anyone can put together a couple of vitamins and market it as the newest miracle diet pill..it's BS. These companies prey on desperate people. And people who want to lose weight without getting up off the couch.
Here's a hint.
Diet pills are amphetamines. They are addictive, they are dangerous, they can very easily be FATAL.
You may have only lost 16 pounds, but it's almost certain that your ratio of muscle tissue to fat has changed, and for the better. That's why simply measuring your weight cannot give you an indication of how well you are doing.
You can be re-evaluated by any trainer at that gym, or you can see your doctor.
But what in the world would prompt you to ask about pills that can kill?
