It could have been a laxative - not a good way to lose weight.
You are probably talking about a laxative...It is dangerous to loose weight with a laxative..Try loosing weight the all natural way by eating healthy with smaller portions and exercising.
Im thinking ex-lax.

Just guessing... but it sounds as though it may be a laxative... it's the only 'chocolate' tasting non-perscription medicine I'm aware of. The important factor here is noting that laxatives are NOT designed for weightloss and should really only be taken as a last resort to help relieve constipation, and only ever to be taken as directed. Abusing this medication may result in causing your bowel to malfunction. You could try asking your friend the name of this so called chocolate medication... my guess is if she/he is reluctant to inform you of the actual brand/name, they may be abusing laxatives. We all want overnight results when it comes to losing weight... but the truth of the matter is that adopting exercise and healthy eating as part of your ongoing lifestyle is the only way to achieve long term healthy weight loss and general well-being. If you are having difficulty losing weight with your current exercise and eating habits, consult with a doctor, dietician or even a personal trainer (if you can afford it), these professionals may be able to identify important factors within your lifestyle that may be contributing to weight gain/or lack of weightloss.
Hope this helps.
