Safe effective diet pill??
Question:
I would like to lose alteast 10-15 pounds but would like to take safe diet pill.
I am very much scared to take diet pills cuz i heard they cause health problems thats
why I need something that has natural ingredients and is not harmful. Please suggest some safe effective diet pills that worked for you it would be great if you could list the names.
Please only serious answers in here ...do not tell me diet pills are not safe ..do excerise...eat right ...ect.

it is better to be eat than to take these pills just exercise specially do the yoga. indian yoga is the best quick way to lost the weight
I would suggest taking a sugar tablet instead of any diet pill on the market...natural or artificial. The real deal with weight loss was the amphetamines in the old diet pills. I guess if you pay $25-200 for pills most people believe they work. The key word is believe!

No, there is no such thing as a safe diet pill, they all have risks, and are ridicules anyways. Anyone who tells you they are OK, isn't old enough to realize the problems that they cause in the future. Diet pills are harmful to your immune system and burn necessary fat off of your body, causing multiple system failures. The safest method of dieting is exercising and eating healthy, I would suggest experimental vegetarianism for a few days because it helps with a lot of problems that overweight people are facing. Besides, wouldn't you want the satisfaction in the end of being slim and fit by yourself instead of with the help of a useless pill that does more damage than good in the long run? My advise, stay away from the pills.
