Diet Pills?

ok me and a friend started this diet bet on who can lose the most weight by easter, now how it works is every week the one who lose's the most weight the loser has to put double that amount like say she lost 6 and I lost 7 then she would have to put 14 dollars anyway I was debating on try some diet pills to help me along the way but people say diet pills are bad, what do you think?

Okay. First of all, thats unfair because men generally lose more weight than women since they have more muscle mass and muscle burns fat. Women also tend to hold more body fat for a number of reasons. Pills are horrible. Stick to excercise and proper diet. If your planning to lose weight for reasons other than yourself than its a sure failure.

yes very bad if it is not BFAD approved! it may cause heart palpitation.. i have done that.. best way to lose weight exercise...
I went from 330 to 178 do not take those pills!
Its a heart attack weighting to happen and or a stroke!

I didnt know this at the time but you must drink alot of COLD water...Why? Your body temp is 98.6 right? If you drink Ice cube water your body inside has to do a mini exercise to "fight" to get back to core temp. you burn 3 calories a minute just by lifting your wrist!
Also water WATER is what flushes fat out of you NOTHING else. If you dont believe me ask your doctor.
More silly tricks that you should just try for one week and see NO SODA AT ALL diet or otherwise..and at night before bed eat 2 oranges.

dont believe on diet pills... you will lose weight for some few months, and when you stop using the diet pills, you will tend to gain weight, double the weight you had before.if you can maintain, why not, but what if you cannot resist food?
Other side effects : having bad breath, hallucination, poor memory
I suggest you just work out, go to the gym or if you have no time, just 20-30 minutes of exercise will do, even at home you can do it...and eat more protein food, less carbo (rice, salad, pasta), ... one suggestion i also will recommend is GRAPE FRUIT JUICE, or GRAPE JUICE, drink eat during meals... or calamansi juice every after meal...
next, do not eat more at night, no in between meals, no rice at night if you cannot bear of not having dinner..
no to junk foods (lays, pringles, doritos - a big NO NO)
for much effective but safe - for 5 consecutive days, fruits only, breakfast - dinner (banana (for potassium), apple, oranges (vit C).... trust me, after 5 days, your tummy will be flat, your abdomen will be flat and you will see your skin nice in spite of the diet you have (coz you are taking fruits, its no way your skin will get dry), your bowel is normal, and you will lose up to 5 lbs or even more on that 5 days ... after a week of fruits- only intake, the next week, you can eat small portions of beef, chicken or anything you like, again SMALL only... then after 2 weeks, you go back to the fruit routine again just to maintain an energetic diet...
