Do you have to be a certain age to buy diet pills?

Question:

Answer:
In most cases 'no' because many diet pills are not regulated by the FDA. If you are a teenager you should consider using a natural supplement rather than a thermogenic or 'diet pill'. Speak to your doctor, but one of the reasons why many diet pills are not regulated is because their effects cannot be proven. Be careful!
at least 18 or 19 i think
No but that doesn't mean it's safe for young people to take them. I doubt the manufacturers did any studies on children (for legal reasons). Do you want to be a human Guinea pig?
I believe you have to be 18 years or older. Here in Las Vegas
No but diet pills are stupid!! I repeat don't use them. I know and have had alot of friends abuse them and have ended up in the hospital its no joke!! Just put yourself on a healthy diet eat right get enough sleep and work out. This is the best way!I almost had a heart attack because I was so very stupid and took to many because i was so desperate to loose my weight I couldn't breathe and was real sick thank god I didn't end up in the hospital..
umm.. i don't think so my friend that is 12 is taking them and her mom knows so nuthin wrong
Legally no.However a cashier has the right to refuse to sell them to you if you are under 18 or without a driver's license. The store manager has the right to call an adult. Be very careful diet pills are loaded with potential harmful side efforts! If you want to lose weight try this trick on your body: eat only half of what you would eat at all three meals, stay away from sugar and caffine, drink water instead and with-in a week you'll see the differance.
yes you have to be 18 for some pills it will tell you the age that you have to be so you can take them but anything over the counter you can get make sure your at the right age group read on the back of the diet supplement and it will tell you how old you have to be to take them best solution go to GNC or Health supply and ask the employee whats best for you .....
Over the counter ones, no, but don't waste your money cuz they don't work anyway.
Prescription ones, depends on the doctor who prescribes them. You need to be at a certain level of health first.
