I seriously don't believe in weight loss diet pills. They either do not work or once you come off them, you put back the pounds again. The most important is to go on a sensible diet and exercise regularly.

The weight loss drugs that are out there are all a bunch of bull...trust me. did you know that if you were on ANY antidepressants that they can cause a serious violent or even fatal reaction?? I hade to learn the hard way. They do not tell you these things...I wished I had known before I basically started acting all but crazy for a week. Trust me...I have found that for me, just buying the lean cuisine meals, and the other weight watchers meals at the store ahve been working best with me. Plus, I don't keep a scale in the house...I have found it makes things worse. Besides, were still sexy, no matter what.

Many weight loss diet pills do not work. Some, like pills including kavakava, are actually deadly. Diet and exercise are probably your safest healthiest bet.
