Serioulsy, I am doing a lot of exercise right now with the tv exercise show Denise Austin and I could always do with some encouragement. Got any?

I lost a lot of weight with weight watchers. Yeah, I paid for the program, but they help you learn how to make your own food, so you don't have to eat someone else's cruddy pre-packaged food.
I exercised more, but mostly by taking pretty long walks each day. I used an exercise video for a while, but got bored of it. I really liked the walks better, and I stayed pretty motivated to go on them all the time.
If you are doing an exercise that you like, then you will be successful!
I have kept all the weight I lost off for over a year, but it's mainly because Weight Watchers taught me how to cook and eat in a healthy way, and I have kept the good eating habits I learned with them. If you are willing to change bad eating habits, nothing can stop you from losing the weight you want to lose!
