Does anyone know of a good diet pill?

I know eating right, excersing, and drinking lots of water is the best and I am doing that.. But, I would love something to help me kick start the weight loss. I need to lose about 10 lbs.

diet pills are like the unhealthies thing you can do to your body. if you really need to lose only 10 pounds, excersize, good eating , and water are plenty. sounds like you need to lose alot more than 10...
Trimspa... You still have hunger to eat but once you begin to eat you get full alot faster. And since you still eat on it it doesnt make you dizzy, or shakey feelin. It works very well.
i dont believe in all those enginneered pills but there are few natural supplements on the market to help you out. a green tea supplement is always good. it has EGCG which is a great antioxidant plus has proven to help lower cholesterol level. also try some chromium picolonate. it has been advertised to be a weight loss supplement but shows no proven results in testing. however it has been shown to curb appetite which can lead to weight loss. always check with your doctor before starting any supplementation.
If you are eating right, excersing, and drinking lots of water and you just need to lose 10 pounds, you don't need a diet pill, avoid those at all cost they usually don't work, are expensive and they can cause heart problems, so I wouldn't risk my heart for 10 pounds, but that's just my opinion.

I just started a new program this past Wednesday. Have you heard of the pill "Fahrenheit"? That's what I've been taking. And, I just weighed myself today and measured my bust, waist, hips, thigh, calf and arm, and so far (within 2 days) I've lost 4 inches! I feel great. Last time I weighed myself was on Wednesday when I started it and I weighed 145 pounds. I don't have a scale right now, so I don't know how much weight I have lost.
