Safest diet pill or diet for effective weighloss.?
Question:
I have come on here to ask about diet pills and weight loss.
I have suffered with losing weight for years and nothing seems to work..i have looked at hoodia,gi capsule and the fahrenheit pills but unsure about them so i havent tried them yet.
I have met lots of people trying to lose weight but cant what pill do you know will work and are they approved or which diet will work?
i would really like to read what you know about pills n stuff.

I just started a new program this past Wednesday. Have you heard of the pill "Fahrenheit"? That's what I've been taking. And, I just weighed myself today and measured my bust, waist, hips, thigh, calf and arm, and so far (within 2 days) I've lost 4 inches! I feel great. Last time I weighed myself was on Wednesday when I started it and I weighed 145 pounds. I don't have a scale right now, so I don't know how much weight I have lost. The people and Modulators will help you with ANY questions and all that you have. I want to be down to around 115-120 pounds by the end of April, so hopefully I will get there. personally i swear by weightwatchers iv tried all diff diets and pills n none workd so i joind this. its fab it helps wit ur self esteem diet and has a brill support network. personally i tink it d best n iv lost 19lbs so far!

Hi i`ve tried many diets in the past but nothing worked for me.Until that is when 6months ago i decided to change my eating habits,i brought my self a smaller plate,when i took a bus i got off a stop earlier and walked.By the end of the 1st month i was walking home. I never drank anything after i ate until at least an hour because the food gets digested quicker.I never weighed myself every week i waited for each month.I think this is a better way because no pressure.Every evening before i went to sleep i would drink a cup of mint tea with 1/2 tsp of cumin.This helps to digest fat.To my amazement in SIX months i had lost 3 1/2 stone.If i can do it so can you.give it a try but dont think it as a diet instead think of a BETTER LIFESTYLE.

As far as I'm concerned, diet 'pills' are a complete waste of time and money. A healthy diet and lifestyle are far more effective for weight loss. Plenty of fresh fruit and veg are the way to go with regular exercise
