What diet pills are SAFE for a fourteen year old?
Question:
Answer:
NONE! Your body is growing... don't starve it! If you want to lose weight cut processed snacks out of your diet (no cheetos, etc) and eat more fruit as snacks. Sugary foods can actually cause your blood sugar to tank leaving you tired and hungry, You are young enough that even a little bit more exercise will help you lose weight. Good luck!
No diet pills are good for anyone... especially someone who is still growing. You're going to have to accept the fact that you are going to put on some weight... it's normal... it's called puberty!
If you want to curb your evening snack fix... get a glass of water instead... or just tell yourself "no snacks after 7:00pm"
not a good idea, their habit forming, bad for your health, and you are way too young
There aren't any safe diet pills, if you have cravings try eating small snacks between meals, by snacks I don't mean junk food, try an apple, or some yogourth, or a slice of jam with a cracker and a nut, something healthy and balanced. But don't go with the diet pills they won't do any good specially if you aren't fat, those are designed for people with extreme weight problems.
Good luck
There aren't any, eating healthily and eating the right amount of food each day in set out meals will get rid of the cravings.
Also if you get hungry during the night, have a drink of milk, it always fills me up!
a 14 year old needs to learn healthy eating and exercising habits, not take diet pills.
chill on the pills!!
just taking walks all u need!

When I used to work at a grocery store we had to ask for ID from people, so only people 18 and older could buy diet pills, therefore if a grocery store would do that I would say they aren't very good for a person. Here are some suggestions for you:
For breakfast:
Eat Brand cereal, it has a lot of fiber and it will make you fill full throughout the day.
Buy some fruits and vegetables (in a can or fresh) and whenever you feel a craving just eat a fruit or vegetable. :).
I wish you the best,
Pablo
At fourteen you shouldn't even be worried about losing weight, let alone taking diet pills.Start getting some friends together,so you can go walking in the afternoon or running if you prefer.Diet pills are very dangerous especially at your age. You're probably looking for a quick solution, but it doesn't work that way.You can encounter all kinds of health problems with diet pills.A doctor will only give you a prescription if you are obese, and you're not even fat.Eat a bowl of cereal at night before you go to sleep, milk will help you sleep and maybe that should take care of the cravings.Try to be more active.Take care.
diet pills are not good, especially for a young body. also, when thinking of loosing weight, do not think of losing it fast, it is extremely harmful to the entire body.
my suggestion, drink more water, and more exercise. drinking more water speeds up metabolism, equals to loosing some weight in the longrun. exercising speeds it up. this is the healthy way, and you will lose weight with a "nice-bodyform". but do weight losing exercises, not body building exercises. there is a difference, haha.
Hope this helps, Peace.
How about a DIET that curbs hunger. No diet pill is safe for a 14 year old, in fact they are not safe for anybody. If you are having night cravings chances are you are not eating properly during the day. The trick to losing weight is exactly the opposite of what most people believe. They think eat less, lose more. True, you may lose weight but you are setting yourself up for failure. When calories are cut back the body says hmmm.I'm not getting enough calories, I better slow the metabolism down to conserve what little food I am getting. By slowing the metabolism, you are now actually burning less calories throughout the day. The trick is to keep the metabolism high by eating small frequent meals(5-6 per day). Check out Bill Phillips book Eating for Life for ideas. Don't give the pills a second thought..they are just a temporary solution to what could end up being a permanent problem if you let it.
