What diet pill works?
Question:
Answer:
I agree..hydroxycut is all natural, and works 80% of the time. I have lost over 40lbs in 3 months on this, it curbs your apatite and gives you energy.
Over-the-counter diet pills do NOT work. None of them. All scams. I do this for a living--I deal with these companies every day. They are constantly fined by the FDA. They disappear, then resurface under another name/product.
There is a prescription diet pill that does work, called Xenical. But the side effects are really NASTY. And it is ONLY for the modbidly obese. People who are at least 100 lbs. overweight.
oily spotting;
oily or fatty stools;
orange or brown colored oil in your stool;
gas with discharge, an oily discharge;
an urgent need to go to the bathroom;
an inability to control bowel movements, or;
an increased number of bowel movements.
Stick with what you are doing. You'll lose the weight. It takes time.
the best diet pill out there right now is hydroxycut hardcore. it runs about 45.00 per bottle but it works as long as your not on any kind of meds
How long have you been working out/how much have you lost so far? If you have reached a plateau in your weight loss it would probably be best to just adjust your workout. 'Shock' your body with a different form of physical activity. The worst thing to do would be become dependent on any sort of chemical substance that will artificially suppress your hunger or 'boost' your metabolism. The fact is you NEED to eat to lose weight, otherwise you will kill your metabolism. You can't take pills forever. And don't take any pills because they claim to 'give you energy'. There's a simple solution to gaining energy that doesn't involve pills: Sleep, eat fresh foods, and exercise.
You seem to be on the right track. Talk to someone at your gym about how you can adjust your workout and/or nutrition.
And beware of that spammer who posts the same message about "all natural hoodia" on every answersroom.com thread relating to weight loss.
The best diet pill I know of is EXERCISE AND EATING RIGHT.
Now...
So it's not which pill is the issue, rather how do you get your stomach in the shape you want. Correct?
Since you are working out at Curves, ask one of the trainers to suggest you the proper exercise to help lose the excess fat around your mid section. Walking on a treadmill helps burn fat all over. Anyway..If you get on the right exercise program, you will achieve your goal.
And forget about the diet pills.
