i use total control and aminogen, they burn fat like crazy and when you get tp your desired level they keep you there by changing the intake. only available on the web, get mine from myhealthabc.com, i am back working as a persoanl trainer again and i could not have got back into shape so quick and so good without these products. good luck, train hard
