Are there any unprescribed diet pills that work? thanks.?
Question:
Answer:
Pills are no way to lose weight. Eat healthy and excercise more. That's it I'm afraid! Things that worked for me is eating slower, drinking water and distraction!! I eat loads when I'm bored, upset etc and when I realised I was using my state of mind as an excuse to eat more, I realised I had to guard against that... and that's hard! Oh yeah, and watch Morgan Spurlock (?spelling?) Supersize Me - it'll put you off junk food for life!!
Patent Lean worked for me.
xenical worked for me before, i'm not sure if it's prescribed but from where i lived before you can get it over-the-counter.
yes, but there is bad side effects, these include diarhea, constipation, thirst, fainting, numbness, heart attack and death
I have tried a lot of "fat burners" from my experience (I lost more than 70lbs). I can tell you that most of those products are just marketing hype.
Some of them may be efficient and but when my personal training clients asked me about "fat burners" I tell them that before you buy anything to take a look at Will Brink's Diet Supplements Revealed .
Actually right now, They are giving away free extracts from the e-book so you can see inside at exactly what products is being reviewed. He'll tell you what really works and what is just *marketing hype*
