Do diet pills really work???
Question:
Answer:
Most do not work, some work for a short time and others are downright dangerous. the problem is that most people dont know which is which!
Im not much good with the exercise bit, I walk for my exercise and keep promising myself a gym membership when I lose a little more weight.
In a quick answer, no. And diets don't work either. The only sure fire way is by exercise.
Diet pills are universally dangerous
No they don't. Keep eating right and exercising, it's the only healthy way to lose weight
The ones you get from a doctor do work
I tried Trimspa once, and it didn't help me lose weight, but it did keep me up all night. Good luck to you, but my advice would be just excercise and save your money.
From my experience they work to make you feel like crap and maybe you'll lose water weight. I always feel like barfing.
Don't waste your money on diet pills just increase you metabolism.
I notice the "ish" after "healthy," maybe implying that you could be eating better? Try to eat healthy all the time, it will make you feel better about yourself. Of course that doesn't mean starve, but monitor your calorie, fat intake, etc.
Diet pills are what lazy people take when they don't have the desire to put more effort into losing weight. Everyone needs to face the facts- Losing weight is a challenge! But, it's something we can all accomplish if we stick to a challenging routine.
For your hips and lower stomach, I would recommend basic cardio! It's simple and works. I've been doing cardio (treadmill & sometimes exercise bike in addition to the treadmill) 40-60 minutes 4-5 days a week for only a month.and my hips have lost almost all of the fat already. My butt and stomach are also noticably smaller. If you want, you could also do stomach exercises a few days a week to tighten stomach muscles, but I think cardio is the best way to start out and slim down. If you just do crunches, you'll simply build muscle on top of your layer of fat. Good luck!! :)
Ignore diets, just live fairly healthy and your'e ok
Hi well speaking form experiance i did the same as you and i joined weight wacthers and lodt loads of weight. As for diet pill yes they do work but are dangerous. If you can take them then you will be fine, but they pump so much energy throught my body i cant even walk or see i spend half the day sleeping and it makes me feel so ill. My bro takes stackers and he said they work but he could also take the tablets i was taking and they had no side effects on him. I say try what i stackers and if you do alright you soulld notice results, but you have still got to excercise though as it speeds up you motabolism so the more you so the more fat you burn with stackers. But be warned if you are allergic to them the side effects last all day and you will be really ill. It feels like the worst hanbg over you have ever had. I woulndt try adios or any herbal ones. I know the above mentioned work as they gave me side effects but these dont effect everyone. All i say is try them but stop taking them if you feel sickj or cant see.
of course they don't!
I dunno but they are expensive and work by stimulating your thyroid gland. They basically give you an overactive thyroid, so you can imagine the problems you may have taking them.
Absolutely,
no!!! they make you not want to eat, instead you will get all skinny and ugly you will look like you got anorexia> yuck just don't you can try exercising every morning in the summer it actually works but it has to be in the morning
no there a waist of money
No and they are not natural!!
If you are already eating healthily and exercising too then you need to look at your diet too. It's a balance of diet and exercise that will allow you to lose inches.
I was recommended a shapeworks programme from a1diet. I lost a stone and a half in 6 weeks. I had loads of energy, didn't feel hungry and have kept the weight off for 6 years now!!
They do shape - up programmes for inchloss too.

They don't score very well for what is called sustained weight loss. I have only advised one in the 30 years I've been a doc. Xenical/orlistat. At least it is safe and has some evidence it can help keep weight off. Unfortunately it is more down to less calories and more exercise.
