Yes, it does. I'm taking it now. But try not to take the ones with Ephadra Free. You will have difficulty sleeping at night if you take it too late in the afternoon. Try also Hydroxycut Hardcore from Muscletech.

the one they sell now, doesn't do much.

Useless...diets pills are only one of two things...a waste of money, or dangerous. You lose weight one way, burning more calories than you consume. The only pill that could possibly help this action is speed, or amphetamines.dangerous and most likely illegal. Eat smarter and exercise a little more. You will see results.
any diet pill you take can help you if used correctly. Hydroxycut or lipo 6 or any other pill is designed to aid you in weight loss.NOT to supplement your diet and exercise. For me, I only use diet pills for extra energy. Diet pills won't make you loose weight if you don't diet and exercise along with your pill use.
